For our client Viessmann we created a web simulator of their products.
The goal of the project was to fulfil the needs of Viessmann in area of HMI development and preparation of such simulator based on web technologies.

Problem
The client’s sales team and their trainers needed an online solution of their HMI simulators, and they should be easily accessible from any place and time.
Solution proposal
SafetyHeads team prepared a solution that works on Azure, Angular 11 and .NET Core5. Our proposed system supports all mainstream browsers like Chrome, Safari, FireFox etc on laptops as well as on tablets. Offline mode is handled by dedicated service worker responsible for loading needed data to the local environment (browser). That approach secures application availability and proper devices simulation without internet connection (this option works after pre-load of whole page data only).
Project
The team developed HMI web simulators that are available offline and online. The architecture allows easily to create other devices if needed.

3.Deliver best solution to the Client.
Result
The web Click Dummies are statically preconfigured to a specific (maximum) system scheme, so that all customer relevant HMI features can be shown. 13 devices with various configuration were developed.
