We’re building a small, elite team of senior experts to support one of the most ambitious urban-tech initiatives currently being developed globally.
This is not another corporate transformation project.
This is a greenfield, at-scale environment, where entire systems — data, AI, enterprise architecture — are being designed, rebuilt, or fixed in real time.
🎯 The mission
You will step into a complex, fast-evolving ecosystem and:
- identify what doesn’t work (data, systems, processes, AI usage)
- design how it should work
- help teams move from chaos → clarity → execution
This is hands-on advisory + execution — not slides.
🧠 Open roles
We are looking for 3–4 senior profiles:
1. Senior Data Engineer
- data platform design (lakehouse / pipelines / ingestion)
- fixing broken data flows
- working with distributed, messy, real-world data
2. AI Engineer / AI Lead
- applying AI in real business environments (not PoCs)
- LLMs, automation, decision-support systems
- bridging business needs with real AI capabilities
3. Enterprise Solution Architect
- designing scalable system architecture
- aligning multiple systems, vendors, and teams
- making complex environments actually work
⚙️ How you’ll work
- project duration: ~12 months
- engagement: flexible (part-time / full-time / advisory)
- on-site presence: 3–5 weeks total during the year
- location: Middle East (travel required)
You’ll work closely with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
This is not a “ticket-based” role.
You’re here to fix, design, and unblock.
