For our client AdSystem, we developed a mobile application for tablets to monitor working time at a manual assembly station in a manufacturing plant. The app enables tracking employee work efficiency and project profitability by logging time spent on tasks.

Problem
The client needed a way to measure how much time an employee spends on a project and assess the real efficiency of their work. Manual tracking time and reporting was prone to errors, and there was a need for a reliable, automated solution.
Solution proposal
We developed a mobile app solution for AdSystem to digitize time tracking by entering credentials or using an NFC card. The mobile app with web-based admin panel. Key features of the app included offline functionality to store logs and the ability to send data to the server when the connection was restored. The web-based admin panel is useful for real-time data monitoring, efficiency reports, and project profitability analysis.
Result
The app eliminated paper-based records and reduced errors in reporting. The client gained clear insights into employee productivity and project profitability, leading to better resource planning and management.
