Solution proposal
We implemented a comprehensive team augmentation service, providing skilled professionals in multiple areas such as mobile, frontend, and backend development, as well as DevOps, SAP, and IoT architecture. Our collaboration included two distinct models: traditional outsourcing, where we supplied skilled professionals on demand to augment Viessmann’s internal teams, and a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, which allows employees to transition seamlessly into Viessmann’s team after a predefined period.
