We are launching a new financial trading platform, aimed to revolutionize how users invest in companies. The first version will focus on a fully operational KYC (Know Your Customer) system, which will gather historical and current information about companies to verify their credibility for investment purposes. Subsequent phases will introduce trading tools, statistics, charts, indicators, and the ability to buy and sell stocks, shares, options, etc.
Your tasks:
- Leading a remote development team.
- Overseeing the development of the KYC system to be completed by December.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and understand client requirements.
- Estimating project costs and assembling the development team.
- Ensuring project milestones are met and maintaining high standards of code quality.
- Guiding the team through the onboarding process in June and kickstarting the development in July.
- Proposing and selecting team members to build your own team.
What we expect:
- Proven experience in financial projects.
- Strong background in .NET, Angular, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in managing development teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with a distributed team.
- Preference for candidates from the Wrocław area to facilitate occasional in-person meetings.
